2015 VINTAGE
A vintage full of richness and complexity which will find its place in the beautiful series of the famous "5" years.
WEATHER DURING THE GROWING SEASON
2015: a hot and dry year
After a rather cold winter, the vines took advantage of a warm and dry spring to achieve a rapid flowering at the beginning of June. With a radiant summer, everything accelerates, especially since stormy rains in June and August guarantee good water reserves. At the end of the summer, the night temperatures drop and we can even talk about an early autumnal coolness: the ideal conditions for a perfect maturation, preserving the aromatic potential and the
the fruit's aromatic potential and acidity.

Af ter a f i rs t impres s ion of roses , hawthorn and peony, the bouquet reveal s l ime and orange blossom nuances , as wel l as baked apple, plum, and apr icot before f inishing wi th guava, pineapple, and orange marmalade over tones . One can also discern fresh lemony hints. These aromatics are del icious ly ref lected on the palate, which features, in addit ion, honey, f rui t paste, tar te tat in and almond f lavours, as wel l as a beaut i ful smooth texture.
THE WINE
The nose and the mouth have all the characteristics of the greatest vintage wines. After a first floral veil of fresh roses, hawthorn and pineapple, we smell lime blossom and orange blossom. The cooked apple, the plum and the apricot take over before the perception of guava, pineapple and finally orange marmalade. The yellow lemon brings its note of acidity and freshness. The mouth blends all these flavors with a fine spring honey and fruit paste, all wrapped in a gourmet texture of tarte tatin slightly almond.
